From speaking with Will at approx. 5pm, he was nothing but helpful and supportive in finding solutions, the coach was parked at a particularly sensitive location and Will stayed with the vehicle (pending no other breakdowns) until the parts arrived at around 11pm, in the meantime he stripped the parts from the engine, repaired the wiring and waited for the new parts arrive, and subsequently got the vehicle back on its way around midnight.
