Remember, for new vans, any work required -is covered by the remaining period on your 3-year unlimited mileage warranty, and is only undertaken by Mercedes-Benz trained technicians using Mercedes-Benz GenuineParts. For Approved Used, you'll benefit from a 12 month warranty and the option to extend it for up to 24 months.

When you buy a new van from Mercedes-Benz, or you service your van at an Authorised Mercedes-Benz Vans Dealer, you’ll get free 24/7 breakdown cover & roadside assistance^ for 3 years on all new vans and then the automatic renewal for 12 more months once it’s outside its 3-year manufacturer warranty – up to 30 years.
This means complete peace of mind when your van is out on the road, and it saves you on the time and cost of sourcing breakdown cover.
*Applies to the Citan (auto and manual), Sprinter (manual transmission) and Vito (Manual transmission). All prices exclude VAT. Excludes all X-Class models, motorhomes and V6 engine variants.
