| Once again I need to pass on my thanks to Will. Your 24h technician
regarding last nights breakdown for a German customer with a new Tourimso
coach.
From speaking with Will at approx. 5pm, he was nothing but helpful
and supportive in finding solutions, the coach was parked at a particularly
sensitive location and Will stayed with the vehicle (pending no other
breakdowns) until the parts arrived at around 11pm, in the meantime he stripped
the parts from the engine, repaired the wiring and waited for the new parts
arrive, and subsequently got the vehicle back on its way around midnight.
Again, the dedication of your team is really refreshing, and
instead of just towing and leaving the vehicle we have saved the customer on
many replacement vehicles, passenger disruption and given a positive approach
and view to our breakdown support in the UK - this is what sets us apart
from other countries and our competition.
Thanks again. Ryan |

Mercedes-Benz trucks should be serviced in line with the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule to help maximise reliability, performance and uptime.
The MOT class depends on your van's size and weight. If you're unsure which class applies, our team will be happy to advise and arrange the correct test.
Most Mercedes-Benz vans require their first MOT after three years if they're used on public roads, followed by an annual test. If you're unsure when yours is due, our team will be happy to check and help you book it.

Replace your Mercedes-Benz van's tyres when they show signs of damage, uneven wear, or no longer provide necessary grip. You must also replace them before they drop below the UK legal minimum tread depth of 1.6 mm (across the central three-quarters of the tread, around the entire circumference).
Additionally, Mercedes-Benz recommends replacing tyres after six years, regardless of how much tread wear is left, as the rubber compound naturally degrades over time.
