Objective
To ensure the efficient and profitable operation of Cardiff Parts Dept, to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and targets.
To manage, control and motivate the Team towards achieving growth in the Parts Dept.
Reporting:
Assistant Parts Manager will report directly to the Group Parts Manager
Responsible for:
Cardiff Parts Team
Responsibilities:
To ensure that all incoming calls are answered efficiently and professionally in line with the company 3 ring policy by the Parts Team
To ensure that all email communication, both externally and internally, are responded to professionally and in a timely manner.
To maintain a good working environment for all Parts Team and motivate by creating a one team culture.
To ensure all Parts Team membersmaintain a consistent high degree of productivity and performance in line with targets.
To actively promote all parts sales activities through the Trade Parts Team, web sales, marketing campaigns and manufacturer offers.
To ensure that daily results are measured and communicated effectively to all Team Members
To ensure all customer requirements are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
To ensure all manufacturer targets and processes are met.
To complete all Team Member reviews and liaise with Group Parts Manager on all training and development requirements.
To ensure all company and manufacturer training requirements are adhered to.
To ensure all Health & Safetyrequirements are adhered to in accordance with company policy.
