The community team at Ty Hafan are thrilled at the renewal of the partnership and incredibly grateful to Euro Commercials for its ongoing support.

The provision of the van, and the extension of this generous support, has made the world of difference to lots of the Ty Hafan families and the partnership renewal means that Ty Hafan will continue to keep the van and continue to raise money.

It has enabled the team to take Ty Hafan 'lifeline' services out and about across the catchment area, taking specialist support such as complementary therapy, play, music therapy and family support into the local communities where families live.

These community-based Stay and Play Hubs have opened up new opportunities for families to meet each other and engage in well-being support that otherwise would not be available.

The Ty Hafan Community van with its eye-catching branding and fabulous personalised number plate (a lovely touch) can be seen going up and down the M4 corridor to venues from Carmarthen to Newport, taking in the valleys and even getting as far as Brecon.

"We really can't thank the Euro Commercials team enough for their continued support, for enabling us to keep the van for a further year and the ongoing fundraising support they engage in; they really have helped us make sure that our families feel less isolated and ensured that team Ty Hafan can be there for families when they need us.
