Objectives:

To deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner. To ensure on-site repairs are completed in a safe location / working environment.
To complete all service work and defined maintenance work of the utmost quality and efficiency within manufacturers time schedules
Mobile service work to be booked & planned efficiently with agreed timescales.
To offer on site service support to specific identified customers ensuring customer retention & loyalty.
Supply a professional performance in all aspects of work activities to make an essential contribution to the value and retention of customers
Supporting colleagues in the workshop with any technical issues and innovations when required.
Ability to conduct comprehensive diagnosis and repairs of malfunctions via Xentry diagnosis.
To ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to their area of responsibility are always adhered to.
Document the results of diagnosis/repairs/service/safety inspections.
To assist increasing service hours & parts sales by delivering a service to the customers door increasing customer retention & loyalty.
Promote the image of product and the after-sales organization

Reporting to:

Mobile Fleet Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Performance of all work according to the manufacturer’s standards/instructions
Ensure the Service Fleet van is maintained correctly and consistently in a clean, presentable, and roadworthy condition
Ensure that impest parts stocks are replenished.
To take care of customers vehicles
All visual inspections, adjustment operations, replacement of worn/defective components
Retrofitting of accessories and detachable body components
Knowledge of deviations and extraordinary wear occurrences.
Self-reliant performance of simple repairs
Receive work instructions from job card/workshop controller.
Report any additional work or parts required
Ensure that special tools and equipment are kept in good order and any problems are immediately notified for action
Positively convey and communicate the Company services to customers, selling the aftersales benefits
Ensure all company policies and procedures are met

Key Performance Measures

Completion of all service work of the utmost quality within manufacturers time schedules
Completion of all job cards documentation and meet all MB & company criteria.
Ability to conduct comprehensive diagnosis and repairs of malfunctions
Support colleagues in workshop with technical issues and innovations
To document the results of diagnosis/repairs/service/safety inspections
Customer feedback recorded to management
